Description

You will support the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategies and processes in Compensation and Benefits on a worldwide perimeter with the aim of ensuring their consistency with Group's policy and competitiveness with external markets.

Description

  • Provide expertise and make recommendations on compensation and benefits policies, programs, and plans with emphasis on cost and business impacts:
    • Analyse, update and monitor our Compensation & Benefits programs and commissions plans
      • Define, propose and implement competitive individual packages and global policies
      • Design pay-for-performance plans, which include guidelines for bonuses and incentive pay and help to determine commission plans and other incentives for sales staff
      • Support markets and entities on Compensation & Benefits topics from the analysis to the implantation of any programs and Group guidelines incl. job ranking process, commissions schemes, retention plans, …Perform complex data analysis to determine the best pay and benefits plans :
  • Run regular surveys and analysis of internal and external compensation practices and trends and propose accurate solutions/action plans
  • Monitor trends affecting pay and benefits and assess organization's pay structure compare to other companies
  • Ensure global HR data quality and develop HR metrics to identify issues or opportunities of development and contribute to the implementation of a strong HR performance process in close collaboration with the Reward & Performance team and Group HR.
  • Assist in the preparation and roll-out of the annual salary review round and retention plans, and support the entities in the application and communication in line with Group guidance

  • In close collaboration with the Group, monitor and assess company's employee benefits program, which includes benefits in retirement plans and insurance policies such as health, to ensure our programs are appropriate and competitive

  • Develop communication plans and tools about reward for local HR Business partner and employees

  • Manage specific HR/transversal/Business projects whether punctual or on-going

Profile

Education/technical skills

Master degree or equivalent in HR or Finance

Approx. 8 years of experience in HR and a strong knowledge of compensation topics

Fluent in French and English

Experience with an HR IS, ideally SAP

Excellent competencies in Excel

Personal skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
