We are currently looking for a sales support assistant for one of our clients.
Our client is a company within the financial sector, based in Geneva.
You will :
- support the sales team and directors
- make sure you provide all required documents regarding new and existing clients
- manage files, archives, and database to maintain it updated
- check documents according to compliance regulations
- take incoming phone calls and manage incoming emails/mails
- manage various administrative duties for team, consultants and top management
- take in charge customer's complaints and report any problem arising
You are available immediately and fully bilingual in English.
You are magnanimous, rigorous, trustworthy, autonomous and diligent.
You already worked on a CRM system and within the financial sector.
You are reliable, professional and eager to learn, you have a can do attitude
You are able to work under pressure and you know how to manage your time.
You have a previous experience as Administrative Assistant within the financial sector
You have great IT and communication skills, strong verbal and written skills.
You work within a family company downtown Geneva!
