KA/221100/2 - Surgical Sales Manager - Central & North West Switzerland
An opportunity with a market leading surgical device company has become available as a Surgical Sales Manager. This position will see you taking full budget responsibility for the surgical product range, as well as managing a small team and developing key accounts across the Central & North West regions of Switzerland.
As a Surgical Sales Manager, you will stepping into a company who have a presence on a global scale but who aren't a huge multinational, meaning they are financially stable but your role will be highly valued and you won't feel like just a number. Taking responsibility for the whole product range is a large task and with this will come big rewards in the form of a generous commission structure and internal career progression. Alongside this, you will also have the satisfaction of seeing your team grow and develop under your leadership. All of this will enhance your sales, people management, negotiation and relationship building skills.
As a Surgical Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring the following skills:
* At least 5 years of medical device sales experience within a surgical environment
* A clinical or surgical background (ie. as a Nurse or OR Assistant) is beneficial but not essential
* Proven leadership skills
* Fluency in English and German
* Candidates must be based in the Central or North West region of Switzerland with the ability to travel on a local level
