We are seeking a Senior Manager, for sales operations & pricing, who would provide the surgical community with innovative technologies trusted for performance, at an exceptional value, with an extraordinary quality and service experience. The person will be joining one of the fastest growing medical devices firm in Europe.
The successful candidate will support commercial operations activities incl. pricing management, tender management, sales analysis, forecast management, CRM, Business Case modelling etc.
You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers while demonstrate flexible and creative leadership and able to build a network. Ability to work under pressure at a considerable fast-paced company, set priorities, communicate effectively at different levels and self - motivate, are critical to the success in this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
The position reports to Head of Commercial Operations and in close collaboration with a Vice President, and can be based anywhere in Europe.
-2+ years of consulting experience ideally from top-tier consulting
-5+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical industry within business functions (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development)
-Experienced on managing cross-functional teams through significant ambiguity and complexity
-Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with solid cross functional PM experience
-Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, relationship building skills, ability to navigate organizations and with individuals at all levels.
-Self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to navigate within a lean structure
