KA/242963/1 - International Sales Director for DACH - Cardiac Devices
A Sales Director vacancy for a global medical technology company has become available to cover the DACH region for cardiac devices. This position will see you taking responsibility for the entire DACH sales organisation, managing a small team and building up a lot of the market through customer acquisition.
This company produce life saving equipment which is important considering the current world status with COVID-19. This role as a Sales Director will see you playing a critical part in getting as many products to those in need as possible, whilst also aiming to review the overall strategy and plan for the future when this position will progress to cover the whole of the EMEA region.
Your role will be cross-functional in that you will liaise with a variety of different departments including sales, marketing, operations and finance. You will also have full profit and loss responsibility for the DACH region and a strong impact on the strategic leadership of the team, meaning this position comes with a high degree of responsibility and importance within the organisation.
Key Requirements for this Sales Director position include:
* An educational background within business management or related discipline
* At least 7 years of medical device sales experience, specifically within the cardiac sector
* Fluency in German and English. Additional languages are beneficial but not essential
* This position can be based in Switzerland, Austria or Germany and candidates must already be living in one of those countries.
