Description

Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist- Pharmaceuticals, 3-4 Month project with possibility of extension, hiring across multiple technical and commercial areas mainly in Switzerland.

We are searching for a recruiter/talent acquisition partner to help with a fast growing pharmaceutical company who are on the verge of significant growth in their headcount. This is a short term contract and we can't promise a renewal but it is a possibility. I've been working with this client for nearly 9 years now and certainly this is a very exciting time for them. They have huge investment and a very talented senior management team, hence it's a great time to be a part of their growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Working and coordinating with hiring managers and the head of TA to assess hiring priorities for both contract and permanent recruitment.
  • Sourcing for roles using a range of techniques including adverts, linked-in and networking
  • Being a part of the interview process and short listing candidates
  • End to end coverage from sourcing to offer delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role leading the end-to-end recruitment process, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills using a variety of mediums (Google, LinkedIn, Social Media sites, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferably ADP.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Independent, reliable, and communicative personality who can deliver high-quality work even under pressure and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), German is an advantage
