Global Regulatory Affairs Project Manager - Zug

I'm currently working with a leading CMO Pharmaceutical company who are specialised in the natural health products industry. In additional, they are continually investing in new technologies and products to help drive the business forward. As part of their continual growth, they are now looking for a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This will be a highly dynamic role that will offer a fresh challenge to any seasoned regulatory professional. They are a key leader within a specific API that as multiple applications and require someone who will become the go to person with the company for non-pharma related regulations. This could be anything from food supplements, to biocides, to personal care. It will be up to you be able to develop and implement regulatory strategies based on company requirements at any point in time. This will offer a highly varied work where no two days will be the same while continually allowing you to develop you professional skillsets.

Despite not being one of the major players in the pharma industry, they have a global presence which will not only mean covering non-EU regulations, but allow you to be part of a truly international team. You will be working with a variety of internal and internal stakeholders allowing you continued learning an development opportunities from both a professional and personal standpoint. In addition, as the company continues it's expansion, they will be looking for people to step into management allowing you the opportunity for a more defined career path with opportunities for real progression.

Key Requirements:

  • Around 5 years working with regulatory products in Europe
  • Ideally knowledge across Food Supplements/Nutrition Regulations (1924/2006)
  • Knowledge within biocides and cosmetics would be advantageous
  • Ability to anticipate regulatory changes within the European context
  • A scientific education within a related area
  • A professional level of English

Additional Information:

  • Direct Reports: None
  • Reports into: Head of Regulatory Affairs / Head of R&D
  • Salary: Negotiable - approx. chf120,000 base
  • Location: Zug, Switzerland with home working split available
  • Status: Must be Swiss or EU National
